<p>La única manera para cerrar un ticket y que esto pase a las métricas es ganándolo/perdiéndolo. Esto, afecta finalmente a los números que se observan ya que hay veces que simplemente tengo que eliminar contactos por error, testeos, etc. </p>

<p>The only way to close a ticket and have it go into the metrics is to win/lose it. This, ultimately affects the numbers you see as there are times when I simply have to delete contacts by mistake, testing, etc. </p>

Have new ways to close conversations: Not winning/losing the ticket.
