We do the prequalification via WhatsApp and the sale over the phone (we sell legal services). When you have to call many leads, going from lead to lead to call makes the work very slow. There are IT solutions used in collection agencies where you select a set of leads and start calling, and when one does not answer, you move on to the next lead without having to do anything else. This saves a lot of time at work.
