WorkFlows after a campaign

I send a campaign to customers via WhatsApp and then want to take action based on the delivery status or ticket. For example:

Situation 1: I send a campaign, the customer reads the message but does not respond—action: send another message after 24 hours and if there is no response after 3 hours, move to a human stage.

Situation 2: I send a campaign and the customer does not open the message: close the ticket as lost after 30 hours.

I have a lot of customers and I need to send campaigns with more comprehensive tracking of the interaction status.
