<p>Cuando un lead manda un video, la IA deja de responder y queda como no atendido. Estaría bueno si la IA pudiera responder que no puede procesar videos o algo parecido ya que el lead se queda ahi sin atender</p>

<p>When a lead sends a video, the AI stops responding and remains unattended. It would be nice if the AI could respond that it can't process videos or something similar since the lead remains unattended.</p>
