TemplatesWizard 🧙

It happens to us a lot that we make a template X from the Utility category and after some time of using it, it is passed to Marketing. When that happens, in some cases the mailings start to fail and we depend on me to see the email, send it through Slack and ask who the template belongs to, to please consider if it is necessary to modify it.
Some templates are fine that they are marketing type and we leave them that way. But many others are not intended and are a pain.
We are thinking of developing something ourselves, but in reality I think it is a pain for any larger Vambe client to have. Besides keeping an order, so:
1- I would add an owner to each template. Let it be defined next to the template who is the owner (by default who created it, but it can be changed).
2- Keep a record/alert when a template changes category. That the owner has somehow a TO-DO to see what to do, whether to simply accept the new category or try to change the template to pass as the new category (with some tips like "Use real data in the example, it is important for the categorization of the template. If it is Utility, make it clear that it is for something the customer asked for").
