Tip: Internal notes with @ to tag executives

An improvement is needed in Vambe's internal notes: we should be able to mention an executive by typing "@" followed by their name, so that the system automatically sends them a notification to review the comment.

This feature would make our internal communication much more efficient. It would allow us to ask questions, leave specific instructions, or share relevant information directly within the context of each conversation, without relying on external channels that fragment information.

The goal is to improve team coordination, speed up response times, and keep all history and context centralized in one place within Vambe.
