Nos gustaría tener una vista centralizada donde podamos ver todas las notas internas que los agentes colocan en las conversaciones, sin tener que entrar contacto por contacto. Esto facilitaría la supervisión y seguimiento del equipo.

We would like to have a centralized view where we can see all the internal notes that agents add to conversations, without having to go through each contact individually. This would make it easier to supervise and monitor the team.
