You could add an edit function, like WhatsApp, for typos or to edit a file or image that has just been sent. For example, I send a quote image, and sometimes the customer asks to edit the quantity to suit their needs or budget, and it's not a good idea to send several images, but rather to manage a single one so that the customer doesn't get confused.
