Ability to open links from your cell phone/app

It would be ideal if, when sharing links to a ticket/deal, it could be opened from a cell phone, because at the moment this is not possible.

Our team shares many ticket links via WhatsApp, email, etc., but when we try to open them on our cell phones, they won't open. It doesn't work in the app or in the browser.
