We would like it to be possible for VAMBE to recognize the image and respond appropriately when a customer asks a question, replies, or forwards a status update to WhatsApp Business, especially if it is about a product from our Shopify store. Status updates are a good source for starting conversations, but they are wasted because VAMBE does not know what the customer is talking about when they reply to a status update.
