[No Reply] We display "Typing..." when the agent will not be replying

Hi, I recently enabled the feature that prevents agents from responding when it doesn't make sense to do so… It works well, but it seems to me that it sends the "Typing..." status by default, which creates a less-than-ideal user experience where the user thinks we're going to respond when, in reality, we're not going to.
