Message to lower anxiety when consulting in agenda (latency)

When a query to the integrated agenda (e.g. Booking) is taking more than e.g. 1 minute (parametric and customizable), send an intermediate message like "one moment please, I am querying the agenda information". This applies to availability and the other functions.

In our experience with all tests since last week the query to agenda takes in general more than 1:30 to respond, which can cause frustration (and rightly so, it does not warn that it may take longer than normal and does not report system status - usability principles).

We tried to add a default message before executing the availability search function, e.g., but we were told that this is not possible, that this is the correct way.
