Let me start with the context:
In many companies (including ours), the main problem lies in the adoption of the sales team's tool.
Sales executives do not live on platforms.
They live on their phones or on WhatsApp (personal or corporate).
And in practice, what happens is:
The customer writes.
Vambe responds or assigns the advisor.
The advisor does not constantly check the platform, or does not receive notifications or alert emails.
They end up responding from their corporate WhatsApp outside the system, or immediacy is lost.
There is also a very practical issue: it is uncomfortable for a sales executive to feel that they have to be available 24/7 for a conversation because if 24 hours pass, the window closes.
Then they have to resume with more rigid templates and can only interact again if the customer responds.
What ends up happening in reality is simple: the executive opens their WhatsApp and chats from there.
And that's where traceability, speed, and experience break down.
I bring this idea/proposal to the table
When a conversation is assigned to an advisor or a customer speaks in a ticket after X amount of time, the advisor/salesperson receives a direct notification on their corporate WhatsApp.
Something simple like:
"New message assigned
Client: María López
You have a new message in Vambe. Click here to reply."
It's not about changing the salesperson's habit, it's about integrating with it!
If the advisor lives on WhatsApp, Vambe could tap them on the shoulder there.
I think this is key because it's not just an additional feature.
It's a direct lever for greater internal adoption, better response times, fewer lost conversations, and more actual use of the platform.
Many companies don't abandon tools because of a lack of power, but because of operational friction, and I think reducing that friction can be one of the improvements with the greatest impact on retention and actual use of the product!
