incorrect ticket labeling

We have campaigns set up in Vambe, and customers can come from different ones. From the moment the first message arrives, the AI identifies the name of the campaign it comes from, but after a few hours or days, it leaves tickets unlabeled even though the configuration for that feature has already been set up. And we have to review them manually, one by one.
