History of past tickets in chat section

I would like to be able to quickly see, in the right section of the chat with a contact, a listing of the contact's past tickets (not just the active ticket or the last ticket).

This history could have relevant things like:

• AI generated short title

• summary of the interaction

• closed ticket status

• amount $$$

• tags

• summary of custom fields
