Sending NPS

Hello, I’d like to suggest the following change.

In the “feedback settings” section (sending surveys to WhatsApp), it would be helpful to enable a toggle that allows you to instruct the AI on when to run the survey.

For example, if I send a campaign and the lead responds “I’m not interested,” I don’t want that lead to receive the survey, so the instruction to the AI would be “skip if the customer indicated they’re not interested.”
