Yo usaba leadsales y para enviar plantillas solamente colocaba / (y el nombre de la plantilla) y se mandaba Ahora con ustedes tengo que dar varios clicks y luego seleccionar la plantilla y eso me toma mas tiempo

I used to use leadsales and to send templates I would just type / (and the name of the template) and it would be sent. Now with you I have to click several times and then select the template and that takes me more time.
