My assistant stopped working completely. The AI stopped working on the platform, is not responding to customers, and all customers who enter the chat are left without response. We have had the problem for about 12 hours now, and since they have "office hours" for support, it has not been possible to get them to attend to us to solve it. It would be convenient for the support to work 24 hours a day, since the service we provide is supposed to work 24 hours a day.
