Downloading and uploading files

In my case, I receive and send many files and images using dxf, dwg, and ai extensions.
When I download the file, it doesn't open, which means I still have to rely on WhatsApp.
and that's something I don't like because the team ends up using WhatsApp and I've been able to migrate 100% to VAMBE.
