Today the dashboard allows you to see open, closed or all tickets. The problem is that the numbers are static, they do not change according to the filter. On our side we have several automations that are closed tickets, not changing, I lose visibility as business owner.
Please make sure that the number displayed is the filtered one (open or closed).
