Conversation Dashboard

I would like to be able to see more relevant data regarding the conversations that AI assistants have as well as my team. Some metrics I would like to see are:

• Number of AI vs human messages.

• Response rate to my messages

• Number of messages per day

• Number of conversations per day

• Number of new contacts per day

• Response times

• Number of messages grouped by channel (whatsapp, instagram, messenger, etc).

In addition I would like to see other metrics related to the execution of AI wizard functions, to know if they are doing their job well or there are any errors. i would like to see data like:

• number of successful / failed executions of each function.

• Messages that fail to send due to error (template, closed conversation, etc).
