Customize Layout - panel/section dimensions

Hello!

It would be very useful for us to be able to adjust the size of what we see on our monitors. For example, in the chat view, we would like to be able to reduce the section that displays the messages being exchanged—which covers almost the entire screen—and widen the Contacts or Ticket Information column.

In that same view or section (Chat), Internal Notes can be added at the bottom, but the default layout only allows one line to be displayed. Why can't this be adjusted?
