I suggest incorporating the functionality of predefined internal messages for use by the team within the funnel.
Currently, templates require prior approval from WhatsApp, which limits operational agility. However, when the conversation is already within the active 24-hour window, it would be very useful for the team to be able to send preconfigured messages without the need for additional approval.
This would allow:
Reduce response times.
Maintain consistency in commercial and operational discourse.
Prevent the team from having to manually write the same messages over and over again.
Optimize funnel management when a human is involved.
The proposal would be to enable a library of predefined messages that can be sent freely within a 24-hour window, without going through the template approval process, as they are not conversation-initiating messages, but rather responses within an active conversation.
From an operational and conversion standpoint, this improvement would have a direct impact on efficiency and closing rates.
