Conversations in CRM

Ideally, conversations should be sent to the CRM (HubSpot in my case). Many companies consolidate customer information in a CRM external to Vambe, and there's nothing better than being able to see the context of what they talk about with agents there in the CRM.

If Treble and diio can do it, then Vambe can too, they're awesome! 🙌
