<p>Hola, es posible que se puedan pegar imagenes en la nota interna de forma sencilla, como en el chat normal con cliente, ya que actualmente en la nota interna no se deja pegar con Control + V, para agregar una imagen se debe agregar con adjuntar archivo.</p>

<p>Hello, is it possible to easily paste images into internal notes, just like in a regular chat with a customer? Currently, you can't paste images into internal notes using Control + V; to add an image, you have to use the "Attach File" option.</p>
