Changes in Excel Analytical Information

Recently changes were made to the downloadable Excel that you provide with the information of each ticket, changing the name of columns and eliminating others. I believe that this type of changes should not be made lightly as changes like this completely break external reports to your platform made with this information. I think you should treat this data source with much more care so that situations like this do not occur.

My suggestion is that you define stable column names that cannot be changed, and I also wanted to ask that you create an endpoint that allows you to extract this information, allowing you to automate the extraction of this information.
