Audio: Web Version vs. App | Delay

Dear all,
My team has told me this several times:

“The audio files on the web version take a long time to load, but when we open the app, we can hear them right away.”

Could you look into why they take so long to load on the web version? For our team, it’s more convenient to listen to them on a computer than on a cell phone.
