Currently, leads are assigned to sales representatives without considering whether they are on duty, which results in leads that go unanswered or are assigned to representatives who are off duty.
What is needed:
Schedule or shift configuration per sales representative: define the days and hours when each sales representative is available to receive leads.
Automatic assignment based on schedules: ensure the system only distributes leads to agents who are currently active.
Handling of leads outside of working hours: define what happens to a lead that arrives when no representatives are available (waiting queue, on-call representative, notification, etc.).
Expected benefit: ensure that every lead is handled by someone available, reduce response times, and prevent lost opportunities due to poor assignment.
