Assignment of Agents by Teams in stages

It is necessary to be able to assign entire teams to a stage, without having to select agents one by one, and to choose a random or balanced assignment strategy.
Otherwise, team creation loses its operational meaning, as it does not simplify or scale agent management within the flow.
