Automatic assignment of agents by schedule and/or those who are online

I want to be able to assign agents to my tickets automatically, being able to configure who is assigned by hour ranges. I would also like only agents that are "online" to be assigned.

Ex:

  • 9 AM - 12 PM → assign to chile team agents.

  • 12 PM - 18:30 PM → assign agents both teams

  • 18:30 PM - 21:30 PM → assign MX agents

  • At lunch, only assign to those who are online.
