<p>Sería bueno poder agregar una ‘razón’ o detalle que respalde la resolución del ticket (Ganado o perdido), y que esta data sea accesible y alimente otras funcionalidades de Vambe, como Insights, por ejemplo.</p>

<p>It would be nice to be able to add a 'reason' or detail that supports the resolution of the ticket (Won or Lost), and for this data to be accessible and feed other Vambe functionalities, such as Insights, for example.</p>

Add reason/detail to the ticket closing status.
