We have detected two problems with message scheduling.
The first was that once the message is scheduled, it can only be deleted. Ideally, it should be possible to "edit" it so that you can view what was written in the template.
The second problem is that scheduling can only be done for a minimum of 24 hours from the moment the decision is made. We mention this because if the chat is already closed, and the advisor wants to write to you soon and prefers to schedule it so as not to forget, the only option is for the message to be sent at least 24 hours after it is managed. It would be really important that there is no minimum time limit for scheduling a message.
